When working with individuals, I draw from a variety of techniques, such as Rogerian, Gestault, and Psychoanalytical. However, I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with a Mindfulness approach.

I was trained extensively in Structural Family Therapy for my work with families. I taught the Focus on Children class for the state of Idaho required seminar for divorcing parents. I have many years of service in working with families, children of divorce, and blended families.
My work with couples draws heavily from Attachment Theory.

I am a Nationally Certified, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a background in Juvenile Court and Family Services, Adoption Work, School Counseling, College Counseling, and Mental Health Therapy. Having passed the National Mental Health Counselors Exam, I am qualified to contract with any insurance company and provide therapy based on medical necessity. I taught the Focus on Children Class for divorcing parents in the state of Idaho, and spent a number of years as a Career Counselor. Currently, I work with a variety of populations, and a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and familial issues. Meeting clients in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client's individual needs. Together, we work to help them reach their goals, and attain the personal growth for which they strive.
